Hydrotherapy
If you are not comfortable exercising on land for any reason, have you considered Hydrotherapy or Aquatic Physiotherapy? Our heated hydrotherapy pool is ideal for people with arthritic pain, pre and post surgical recovery needs, lymphodema and swelling, and weakness related to neurological conditions and deconditioning. Our pool has hoist access and disabled change rooms.
