

Therapeutic Massage aims to improve your general physical health by relieving muscular aches, pains and spasms, relaxing your muscles and enhancing joint mobility. Therapeutic massage can complement your rehabilitation program by improving flexibility and muscle extensibility and by helping your body pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs and by fostering mental and emotional wellbeing.
Combines the classic form of massage using long strokes, kneading and friction with some remedial techniques such as deep pressure and stretching. Can be gentle to very firm depending on your needs. Aims to relax your entire body and/or work on specific problem areas.
Aromatherapy Massage uses essential oils individually selected and blended in combination with a sequence of techniques working primarily on your nervous and lymphatic systems. Generally gentle techniques are used for powerful relaxation and rejuvenation with some deeper massage on specific problem areas where appropriate.
Massage treatment focuses on therapeutic touch - mostly comprising gentle, light stroking techniques aimed at relaxation, stress reduction and helping to alleviate pain, anxiety and depression. Deep, firm massage techniques are not recommended for those who are ill, recovering from serious illness and/or frail.
