The Dictus Band is a simple orthopedic aid, used to assist people with foot clearance and is mainly intended for foot drop. Foot drop can occur for many reasons including peripheral nerve damage, stroke, spinal cord injuries, polio and MS. The active part is an elastic band, which lifts the front of the foot in an upward position and can be ideal for helping with foot clearance when walking.
