Core Facilities
- Heated Hydrotherapy Pool
Our above ground hydrotherapy pool is accessible via stairs or hydraulic hoist and is 1.2 metres deep. The water temperature is set at a soothing 34 degrees and sanitised with ozone. It is essentially a chlorine-free pool and very gentle on sensitive skin. We have disabled change room and showering facilities available.
- Rehabilitation Gym
Our purpose designed rehabilitation gym is based on a concept that combines expert physiotherapy rehabilitation with the focus and task specific training of a circuit. Our rehabilitation gym is ideal for patients who are interested in continuing their exercise and recovery programs but are not comfortable in a regular gym setting.
- Disabled parking and Level access
There is disabled parking available on site. Please come down the drive and park in the under cover area in front of our clinic. Alternatively we have a drop off zone located on site and there is parking available on surrounding streets. As parking can be tight during business hours we ask you to only park in the designated ARC zone undercover.
- Recreation and leisure area
It has been proven that having a social and stimulating environment is crucial for enhancing any rehabilitation program. As well as our rehabilitation gym and hydrotherapy pool we have a dedicated recreation area set up for Wii-habilitation. As well as promoting coordination and balance training, this area is set up for fun!We encourage carers and family members to attend and offer opportunities to assist during the sessions. We have tea and coffee facilities available and a range of new magazines in the waiting area.
